As Copywriter at Student Beans (Pion), I help shape a bold, Gen Z-first (soon to be Gen Alpha 👀) brand voice across every channel, from CRM and campaigns to reactive cultural moments and B2B communications.
On the B2B side, I write for Pion, our brand that speaks directly to high-level marketers, helping them understand and buy into our powerful verification products.
Key responsibilities:

Owning all CRM comms, from campaign emails and push notifications to automated brand alerts and full user journeys

Leading creative campaigns for key moments like Black Friday, Freshers, Valentine’s Day, and Mother’s Day, from first idea to final delivery

Rebranding our tone of voice across both B2C and B2B, evolving it with our student audience and aligning it with wider business goals and values

Writing and proofreading homepage copy, app content, banners, and app store listings to keep every touchpoint consistent and on-brand

Producing fast-turnaround, reactive content tied to cultural moments (think Love Island, TikTok trends, and the latest Gen Z talking points)

Acting as tone-of-voice guardian, keeping Student Beans’ messaging fresh, relevant, and unmistakably us
